No question at all, Perla del Mar Condominium has great value. Manzanillo never had another condominium with this quality and characteristics. I am sure that once this condominium is sold out, it will be really difficult to see one of these homes on the market again. We have seen this situation before on premium properties, especially in a small complex. Pretty soon, family and friends of Perla owners will know the good value that the owners got. Naturally, they will form a waiting line for the availability of these homes. Especially when they realize that it will be really difficult to see the construction of another Perla at these range of prices, because of the higher construction cost. This particular situation, adds even more value to Perla owners, because it means that you own real estate that you enjoy and that will always will be easy to sell.
